1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software products ("Scripts") sold through ae.bdnhost.net, operated by BDN Host ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using any Script, you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Script, subject to the following conditions:

• Each license is valid for one (1) individual user on up to two (2) machines (e.g., a workstation and a laptop).
• The license is for personal or commercial use within your own projects.
• You receive free lifetime updates for the purchased Script.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Script or your license key with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Script's source code for redistribution.
• Use the Script in any automated service or SaaS product that provides Script functionality to third parties.
• Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users.

4. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive:

• An immediate download link on the checkout confirmation page.
• A license key displayed on screen and sent via email.

If you do not receive your license key within 1 hour of purchase, contact support@bdnhost.net with your PayPal receipt.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Script does not work as described, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Support

We provide email support for:

• Installation and setup assistance
• Bug reports and technical issues
• License key recovery

Support is available Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 IST, with a typical response time under 24 hours. Support is provided via support@bdnhost.net.

8. Intellectual Property

All Scripts, code, design, documentation, and branding remain the intellectual property of BDN Host. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership or IP rights are transferred.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scripts are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Scripts will be compatible with every system configuration, third-party plugin, or future version of Adobe After Effects.

However, we actively maintain our Scripts and will make reasonable efforts to address compatibility issues with major After Effects updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDN Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Scripts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Script.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Scripts after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
